Scheepvaartbedrijf Nero B.V. is a one of the key player in the storage and logistics chain of the Port of Rotterdam. Scheepvaartbedrijf Nero B.V. jetty, pipeline and 1,700,000 cubic meter storage facilities are dedicated to optimizing the operation of oil refineries and traders. The highly flexible terminal contributes significantly to the elimination of de-mining and other delays. It's 100 percent open, 100 percent (24/7) available. Scheepvaartbedrijf Nero B.V. has 300 tanks of varying sizes, many of which can be heated. With its advanced blending equipment, customers can blend their products to any specification they needs.

TANK TRUCK LOADING RACK
Through its Tank Truck Loading Rack Scheepvaartbedrijf Nero B.V. offers a unique access to the Dutch gasoline and diesel market. The highly automated state-of-the-art facility serves a substantial part of the Dutch market. Daily 250 tank trucks can be handled, with an average truck turn-around time of 40 minutes only. The Tank Truck Loading Rack is open 24/7.
Additional capacity is available to tailor to customer’s wishes, like:
– new mineral and chemical products
– dedicated in-line blending of specific additives for gasoline and diesel

ABOUT

The port location in Rotterdam (Pernis) is the perfect base for clients from around the world. The terminal is in operation 24/7 and has a storage capacity of 625,000 cubic metres. An additional 200,000 cubic metres will be added in the coming years to respond to the growing demand for storage.

SEVERAL LOADING AND UNLOADING STATIONS

Pernis has several train loading stations and two discharging stations where twelve containers can be discharged simultaneously. For maximum flexibility, all rail movements are handled with the company’s own locomotive. There is a connection to the Rotterdam-Rhine Pipeline (RRP), enabling the transportation of fluids as far as Germany.

Products such as vegetable oils & fats/ oleo-chemicals/ base oils / waxes/ biodiesel & easy chemicals.

SERVICES

Steam heating, hot water heating, air mixing, blending, on-site laboratory, dedicated systems, weighing, nitrogen blanketing, kosher storage, halal storage, 24/7 service and customs services.
